Patricia Morand\u00e9, Concejal Dra. Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 \u00c1lvarez, Concejal Sra. Ana Laura Ferrarotti, Concejal Lic. Lucas Di Diego, Concejal Sra. Magdalena Albornoz, Concejal Lic. Luc\u00eda Miranda, Concejal Sr. Mauricio Lamas, Concejal Sr. Jorge Cornejo y Concejal Sr. Daniel Oru\u00e9 y representantes del sector p\u00fablico y privado de la Villa de Merlo; Dr. Juan \u00c1lvarez Pinto (Ministro de Turismo y Cultura de la Provincia de San Luis), Dr. Francisco Oviedo (secretario de Gobierno y Deportes de la Villa de Merlo), MMO. encuentro se realiz\u00f3 un intercambio t\u00e9cnico sobre el eje de las tem\u00e1ticas de la mesa con el objetivo de definir los instrumentos y la &nbsp;estrategia de implementaci\u00f3n que garanticen la viabilidad del c\u00f3digo de ordenamiento, teniendo en consideraci\u00f3n cuestiones clave como que herramientas son aplicables, que rol debe tener el estado, que capacidad tiene el municipio, como evitar conflictos legales, como interviene el estado en el mercado del suelo y como evitar restricciones que resulten indemnizables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
