Patricia Morand\u00e9, Concejal Dra. Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 \u00c1lvarez, Concejal Sra. Ana Laura Ferrarotti, Concejal Lic. Lucas Di Diego, Concejal Sra. Magdalena Albornoz, Concejal Lic. Luc\u00eda Miranda, Concejal Sr. Mauricio Lamas, Concejal Sr. Jorge Cornejo y Concejal Sr. Daniel Oru\u00e9 y representantes del sector p\u00fablico y privado de la Villa de Merlo; MMO. encuentro se realiz\u00f3 un intercambio t\u00e9cnico sobre el eje de las tem\u00e1ticas de la mesa con el objetivo de definir como evoluciona el desarrollo tur\u00edstico de la Villa de Merlo, teniendo en consideraci\u00f3n cuestiones clave como la restricci\u00f3n de alojamientos tur\u00edsticos, que tipo de inversiones privadas fomentar, que tipo de destino se desea desarrollar, que mecanismos de compensaci\u00f3n o restauraci\u00f3n deber\u00edan exigirse a los nuevos emprendimientos, qu\u00e9 hacer con las vatt y como evitar la gentrificaci\u00f3n, entre
